We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team in Vienna. As a Junior Marketing Associate focused on business development, partnerships, and collaborations, you will play a vital role in expanding Superpedestrian’s presence and making it the preferred choice for scooter sharing in Vienna. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you’ll do: Support the local team and marketing team in executing impactful marketing strategies and initiatives in the field.
Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and organizations to expand our reach and drive customer acquisition.
Organize and coordinate street-level marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and guerrilla marketing efforts, to raise brand awareness and attract potential customers.
Implement street-level advertising initiatives, including placing promotional materials in high-traffic areas and identifying strategic locations for brand visibility.
Assist in content creation for street marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and banners, ensuring messaging is engaging and aligns with our brand identity.
Conduct market research, create engaging content, and optimize it with SEO techniques to drive brand visibility, engage customers, and increase organic traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Who you are: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong passion for marketing, business development, and partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and content creation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the micro-mobility industry and e-scooter sharing is a plus.
Based in Vienna, Austria, with the flexibility for some remote working.
Fluent in German and English.
