Description:

As the Head of Marketing, you will lead Fistop’s digital presence, enhancing brand awareness, ensuring a clear and consistent brand message, and growing our global community of Fitstoppers.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will create and lead national and international marketing strategies that support growth and performance across both franchise and consumer acquisition. Additionally, you will refine digital franchise acquisition strategies, create go-to-market campaigns for new regions, collaborate cross-functionally to develop in-location performance campaigns, manage key stakeholders, and oversee community activations and brand awareness events.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand:  Drive the evolution of Fitstop’s brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our consumers.

Digital & Social Media:  Support the Marketing team to execute a social media strategy to amplify our brand presence and engagement, and contribute to positioning Fitstop as the world's most trusted Fitness Franchise.

Campaign Management: Set and lead the end-to-end campaign management per the annual campaign calendar to drive member acquisition and retention. Ensure clear and effective communication of campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables to the marketing team and provide instructions for use and promotion to Fitstop business owners.

Franchise acquisition strategy: Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to refine and execute Franchise marketing strategies to drive lead acquisition, including new market launch strategies.

Marketing Communications:  Support the Marketing team with implementing and measuring the success of all marketing communications including outbound customer-facing communications across our website, blog, and social channels along with public relations activities and materials such as publications, media relations, and client acquisition.

Website: Utilising a marketing lens, contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Fitstop website, to ensure it aligns with our brand identity and maximises efficiency through, performance metrics eg. clicks, impressions and lead volume quality & performance.

Partnerships & Events:  Develop and maintain close working relationships with external parties and key stakeholders to drive value-aligned, results-driven partnerships.

Training Materials: Work with Fitstop’s Optimisation Specialist to ensure the relevant brand and training tools are distributed to the Fitstop Training Academy to streamline efficiency and education within the network.

Leadership & Development:  Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing team, setting clear expectations & fostering growth.

Budget Allocation: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve business objectives.

About you

Proven experience in marketing and brand development

Franchising experience highly regarded, including the rollout of franchise initiatives and marketing funds.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.

Proficiency in market research, analytic tools, and CRM systems.

Flexibility and a positive approach to the dynamic nature of a rapidly growing organization.

Experience working and managing a global team.

Possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Systems and reporting driven.

Clear expectations on what winning looks like for a team and yourself.
