Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions using relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define software requirements and technical designs.

Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in code reviews.

Optimize application performance, identify and resolve software defects, and ensure system reliability.

Contribute to the development of APIs, microservices, and other backend systems critical to telecom operations.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion focused on backend systems.

Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Python, or Go, and familiarity with related frameworks.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
