Senior Software Engineer – AI

Build AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Session Insights and the broader AI platform

Design and develop services enabling intelligent workflows, automation, and seamless user experiences

Define testing and evaluation approaches for AI feature quality, reliability, and performance

Improve AI solutions through experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision making

Optimize AI services for scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and reliability in production

Partner with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure, customer-facing capabilities

Contribute to engineering best practices and use AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality

Help transform raw session data into insights, automation, and productivity gains for customers worldwide

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise and a track record of delivering production‑grade systems

Java/Kotlin experience are a plus

Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI‑powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions

Experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration

Ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes

Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud‑based applications

Familiarity with deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance challenges

Experience using AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
