.NET Solution Architect

Design, build, and maintain C#.NET applications and services for brokerage and voucher card platforms

Translate complex business and regulatory requirements, including MiCAR and financial transaction flows, into technical designs

Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while owning code quality, architecture, and edge-case handling

Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and business-logic accuracy

Architect and maintain integrations with external partners, payment providers, and blockchain/crypto infrastructure

Identify and proactively address performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issues

Mentor developers on technical best practices and responsible AI-tool usage

Collaborate with product owners and compliance stakeholders to meet EU regulatory standards

Write and maintain clean, documented, testable code

Champion engineering practices across the team

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

Own architecture and business logic for critical platform components

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in C#.NET development

Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 9/10, and Blazor

Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and clean architecture principles

Experience designing and maintaining complex, business-critical systems

Solid understanding of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases

Experience with REST API design

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure; AWS preferred

Comfortable using AI coding assistants daily

Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business logic

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English required

German is a plus

Experience with fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain systems is a plus

Familiarity with security best practices and financial-software regulatory considerations is a plus

Based in Austria or Switzerland

Open to occasional travel between offices

Interest in working from the office once a week

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning decisions in a fast-moving environment
